Towards a Sustainable Adoption of E-Learning Systems: The Role of Self-Directed Learning

Aim/Purpose: This study seeks to investigate the factors that influence online students’ continued usage intention toward e-learning systems by presenting an extended model is based on Delone and McLean (2003) IS success (D&M ISS model). Background: The use of in this era has become a vital element delivering higher education. Learning via significant benefits support conventional learning. Thus, it crucial measure systems’ implementation. Methodology: was conducted with 590 undergraduate postgraduate students from three private universities Jordan, data gathered self-report questionnaire. Contribution: Theoretically, advances literature empirically examines modified version D&M including context-specific are drivers successful implementations systems. Findings: path analysis structural equation modelling confirms satisfaction their regarding system positively related service quality, information quality.
